We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a flagship stadium redevelopment project in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-profile scheme delivering complex structural works on a landmark venue.
 
The Role
Working as part of a specialist subcontract team, you will play a key role in the delivery of structural elements on site. The project involves a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel components, requiring strong technical understanding and hands-on site experience.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Setting out and surveying for structural works
• Supporting the delivery of RC frame construction
• Overseeing installation of metal and tin decking systems
• Assisting with precast stair installation
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with technical drawings and specifications
• Maintaining quality control and site records
• Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with an RC frame subcontractor
• Strong setting out and surveying skills
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete structures and associated packages
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
