Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all commercial aspects of RC Frame and Groundworks projects
- Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
- Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
- Ensure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Work closely with operational teams to drive project performance
- Contribute to business strategy and commercial growth initiatives
Requirements - Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within RC Frame & Groundworks
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, cost control, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
