About the Client
My Client are an ambitious, nationwide Irish Developer who are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead and oversee the delivery of property development projects across the Dublin region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving development strategy, managing project delivery, overseeing financial performance and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve the company's commercial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the regional development portfolio from land acquisition and planning through construction and final handover.
• Manage project budgets, financial performance, programme delivery and commercial risk.
• Identify new development opportunities and support land acquisition, feasibility and investment decisions.
• Oversee Project Managers, design teams, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, investors, landowners, consultants and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with planning requirements, Irish Building Regulations, health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Report on regional performance, project risks and development opportunities to senior management and the Board.
• Drive operational efficiency, quality standards and the long-term growth of the regional business.

Qualifications and Experience

• Significant experience in property development, construction or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing major development projects and leading senior project teams.
• Strong commercial, financial and strategic management skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of the Irish property market, planning process and construction sector.
