Overview
An established and growing specialist in commercial interior fit-out and workplace solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team in Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality projects across a range of sectors, contributing to innovative and dynamic environments.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of cost planning and commercial management throughout project lifecycles
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenditure to ensure budgets are maintained
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processes
• Identify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally within fit-out or construction
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control procedures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office
