The Client - This client is an expert in Main Contracting, Design & Build Contracting, Project Management & Consulting and Property Development. They execute high calibre residential & commercial projects and developments for clients and investors.
The Role - This is a full-time on-site role in Cork for a Project Quantity Surveyor.
- You will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for our upcoming construction projects.
- You will be reporting into the Commercial Director.
The Requirements - You must have a commercial degree
- At least 3 years commercial experience
- Able to manage their own development (160+ units), compile cost reporting, subcontractor accounts etc
- Strong communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative
- Software Experience: CostX, EQUE2 (not essential
