Our client is an established property developer delivering high-quality residential developments across the West of Ireland. With a strong pipeline of housing and mixed-use schemes in Mayo and surrounding counties, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of key developments.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing developer with long-term regional projects.


The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects from pre-construction through to handover.

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Lead the delivery of residential/mixed-use developments in Mayo
  • Manage site teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee programme planning and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Monitor budgets and work closely with the Commercial/QS team
  • Coordinate design teams and consultants
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
  • Manage planning conditions and statutory approvals
  • Chair project meetings and provide regular reporting to senior management
  • Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders
  • 7+ years’ experience in construction project delivery
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager
  • Strong residential construction background
  • Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management ability
  • Knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR processes
  • Experience working directly for a developer
  • Experience delivering multi-unit housing developments
  • Familiarity with Mayo/West of Ireland construction market
  • Strong finishing and handover experience
