Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship
hotel project in London. With an impressive portfolio spanning hospitality, commercial, residential, education and heritage sectors, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a landmark scheme with one of the UK's most respected contractors.
The Role As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of this high-profile hotel project from construction through to completion. You'll lead the site team, manage programme and budgets, coordinate subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to the exceptional quality standards the business is renowned for.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
- Previous experience delivering hotel, commercial or high-end fit-out projects would be highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety, programme management and commercial awareness.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
