I am currently recruiting for a Leading Engineering Contractor who are on the lookout for a Project Manager. They are seeking experienced and driven Project Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from initial commencement through to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide strong leadership to the project team, driving high performance and successful project delivery across all areas of the project.
- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative and professional relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and ensure project requirements and agreed deliverables are consistently achieved.
- Monitor project progress and ensure contracts are delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed programme.
- Monitor and manage subcontractor performance across Health & Safety, Quality, Cost and Programme.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within the Construction sector is essential
- Relevant Third level Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent is preferable
- Design and build experience is advantageous
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate
