About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a busy and growing commercial fit-out, design & build, and construction management business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, keeping operations running smoothly, and supporting both staff and management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily office operations and administration
- Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and office facilities
- Handle bookkeeping support, invoices, expenses, and purchase orders (POs)
- Order office and operational materials and monitor stock levels
- Support onboarding, scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain organised records, systems, and office procedures
- Assist leadership with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements - Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience with bookkeeping/admin systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
