Role Overview An M&E Services Coordinator is required for a project based in Westport.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate M&E services across multiple projects within the region, as directed by the Operations Director
- Deliver high-quality, snag-free projects on time and within tender budget margins
- Manage design and build projects to meet client requirements where applicable
- Support and oversee site management teams on M&E packages to ensure programme, quality, budget, and margin targets are achieved
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across all projects
- Handle dispute resolution where required
- Prepare contractual claims when necessary
- Assist with project estimating as directed by senior management
- Manage the release of final retentions on allocated projects, including:Agreeing snag lists with the design team and client
- Allocating snag works to responsible subcontractors
- Organising and managing snagging teams to close out outstanding items
- Preparing contra charges for subcontractors with appropriate supporting documentation
- Ensuring subcontractor retentions are not released without applying relevant contra charges
Skills and Experience - Degree-qualified or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an M&E Coordinator role
- A focus on electrical projects would be advantageous
