The Role - We're looking for an ambitious, people-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Recruitment Consultant. This is a hot desk role - meaning you'll have established clients, live jobs, and commission potential from day one.
- You'll get hands-on mentoring from experienced recruiters, learning how to match great candidates with great companies while building your own professional career.
What you'll do - Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source and interview top candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Learn industry-leading recruitment skills through daily guidance & training
You must be: - Motivated, confident, and ready to learn
- Ideally Degree-Qualified (not essential)
- Excellent communicator & relationship builder
- Organised, target-driven, and eager to succeed
