An established and growing construction contractor is seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years' experience looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and procurement.
- Support the preparation of valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
- Help manage subcontractor packages, payments, and variations.
- Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining commercial performance.
- Work closely with project managers, site teams, and senior quantity surveyors.
- Ensure commercial documentation is maintained accurately.
Requirements - Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role (graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QS software is an advantage.
- Full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
