Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Central London.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their career, working alongside experienced commercial professionals on a diverse range of projects.
Key responsibilities: - Assisting with cost reporting and project forecasting.
- Supporting valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and administration.
- Monitoring project costs and commercial performance.
- Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation.
About You
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Eager to learn and develop a career in Quantity Surveying.
