My Client
I'm hiring for one of Ireland's leading Irish Developers who are on the lookout for a Finishing Foreman to join their expanding team for a project taking place in Portlaoise.

The Role

• Working Closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
• Overseeing all designated work
• Ensuring best H&S best practises are being followed
• Attend all relevant meetings
• Planning the works to be carried out
• Making sure all work carried out is to spec

The Person

• Trade background highly beneficial
• Main Contracting/ Developer experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Keen eye for detail
