My Client
I am currently hiring for a Leading Contractor who are on the lookout for a Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all phases of the MEP services project delivery lifecycle, from pre-construction and planning through to construction, testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate design team information, drawings and technical details to ensure all required information is available in line with project programmes and delivery milestones.
- Ensure the effective implementation and delivery of all MEP project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure all MEP works are carried out in accordance with the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
- Inspect and monitor MEP installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project quality standards.
Requirements: - Relevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Electrical trade.
- 7 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
- Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience in Commercial and Residential.
