I am currently recruiting for an M&E Engineering Consultancy who are on the looking for a Electrical Engineer to join their team. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and clients to ensure electrical installations are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Produce, modify and coordinate electrical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, structural and architectural disciplines.
- Carry out design reviews and identify potential design clashes, technical issues and coordination requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical queries and ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist with the procurement of electrical equipment, materials and specialist subcontractor packages.
- Provide technical support to the site team throughout the installation phase.
Requirements: - Degree or equivalent third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in electrical engineering, building services, MEP or construction.
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD - essential.
