My Client
I am currently recruiting for a Leading Design Contractor who are on the lookout for a Electrical Design Engineer to join their team. Pease note this role is in Manchester.
Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical designs from concept through detailed design and construction.
• Prepare technical specifications, equipment schedules, cable schedules and bills of materials.
• Develop and maintain electrical design models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, Dialux or similar, depending on the industry.
• Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical, structural, architectural, civil and process engineering teams.
• Review client requirements, specifications and technical documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
• Identify design risks and develop appropriate engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years experience in Electrical Engineering field.
• Strong AutoCAD/Revit skills
