Position: EHS Advisor
Sector: Construction (Live HSE Facility)

An EHS Advisor is required for a live HSE Facility in Longford. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing EHS requirements within an active operational environment. The role will involve supporting and maintaining project EHS standards while ensuring construction activities are coordinated safely alongside ongoing facility operations.
- Support and maintain project EHS standards throughout the duration of the works
- Carry out site inspections, audits and reporting in line with project and company procedures
- Work closely with site management, subcontractors and the wider project team
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and all relevant health & safety legislative requirements
- Support the safe coordination of construction activities within the live facility environment
- Identify and address EHS risks, promoting a positive safety culture on site
- Provide guidance and support to the project team on EHS matters
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years' relevant EHS experience on construction projects
- Proven ability to manage EHS within live operational environments
- Strong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and construction regulations
- Relevant EHS qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)

- Comfortable working within active HSE/healthcare environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with site teams, subcontractors and facility staff
- Ability to carry out inspections, audits and produce clear reports
- Proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement
- Self-sufficient and able to work on site with minimal supervision
