Reporting directly to senior management, you will take full responsibility for the planning, coordination and successful delivery of a £1.5m Demolition project in Central London. 

Key responsibilities will include;

• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are achieved
• Overseeing health & safety compliance and site standards
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Monitoring progress and resolving any technical or logistical challenges
• Supporting commercial teams with variations and project reporting
• Ensuring smooth project handover and completion

The company is a specialist civils subcontractor with a strong track record delivering reinforced concrete frame and groundwork packages on complex urban projects.
With an established client base and a growing pipeline of work, the business has recently begun delivering demolition schemes, creating new opportunities for experienced managers to play a key role in this developing division.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within demolition, RC frame, groundworks or specialist civils
• Experience delivering projects in Central London or dense urban environments
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics and programme management
• Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Good commercial awareness and reporting ability
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
