My Client
My Client are a well-established and Irish Contractor. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior management to drive performance and ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple construction projects
• Support and supervise Project Managers, Site Managers, and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on programme and within budget
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays, implementing solutions as required
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Oversee quality control and ensure high standards are maintained across all sites
• Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs and project performance

Requirements

• 5–10+ years’ experience in construction management roles
• Experience in a Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
