About the Role The Wedding Coordinator will play a central role in creating unforgettable experiences for couples from initial enquiry through to the big day. The ideal candidate will be passionate about weddings, have strong attention to detail, and excel at building relationships with clients and suppliers alike. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a warm, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities - Manage all wedding enquiries from first contact to post-event follow-up
- Conduct venue show rounds and consultations with prospective couples
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and event contracts in line with hotel standards
- Coordinate menu tastings, supplier meetings, and pre-wedding logistics
- Liaise closely with operations, kitchen, and banqueting teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Maintain accurate client files and documentation
- Oversee event set-up and execution, ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client communications with professionalism and care
- Participate in promotional events, open days, and wedding fairs to drive new business
