The ClientI have a client who specialise across both private and public sectors who specialise in project managing and developing projects in the Pharmaceutical, Retail, Industrial , Commercial , Residential and Educational industries who are on the look out for a Site Manager for the Dublin area
Responsibilities - Working closely with the onsite team including subcontractors, engineers, management, and more coordinating and managing all activities onsite
- Planning and overseeing the site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in place prior to the project launch
- Taking ownership for ensuring that HSEQS protocols are adhered to on sites at all times
- Maintaining quality control procedures at all time, reporting to the Project Manager on site
Qualifications - Proven track record in delivering a large-scale multi-million euro projects from start to handover
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing key stakeholder relationships
