This is a long-term opportunity for a highly organised administrator with proven experience working on residential construction sites and managing BCAR documentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the site management team and ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
 
The Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager and site team, the Site Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support on site. Key responsibilities will include managing site documentation, coordinating correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments. A significant aspect of the role will involve maintaining and updating BCAR records, assisting with inspection plans, ancillary certificates, and document control to ensure regulatory compliance.
You will also support health & safety administration, site inductions, timesheets, meeting coordination, and the general day-to-day management of the site office.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Site Administrator / Construction Administrator role
  • Strong BCAR experience on residential developments
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment
  • Experience on large residential schemes is highly advantageous
