Working Hours:
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • 4 or 5 days per week (to be agreed)
Overview OCS Recruitment is seeking a reliable and organised Site Administrator to support the delivery of a Windfarm Project. This is a site-based role, supporting the project team with administrative, documentation, and general site office duties on a daily basis.
This position would suit someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in a construction or site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general site administration support to the project team
  • Light reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling occasional phone calls
  • Photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents
  • Collecting, sorting, and filing delivery dockets and site paperwork
  • Assisting the safety team with documentation and record-keeping
  • Assisting quantity surveying staff with administrative and document control tasks
  • Maintaining organised and up-to-date site filing systems (both digital and hard copy)
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site office
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, civil engineering, or a site-based environment
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Professional and approachable manner
  • Must have own transport and a full, valid driving licence due to the site-based nature of the role
