Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading and highly respected
RC Frame & Groundworks subcontractor.
The Role: As the commercial lead, you will oversee
two major projects valued at
£15m+ each, located across
London and the Home Counties. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for the full commercial cycle, including cost control, procurement, and reporting. You will report directly to Director level and be supported by junior commercial staff on each project.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead commercial strategy across two large-scale RC Frame/Groundworks projects
- Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and valuations
- Oversee procurement and cost reporting
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements: - Proven experience on RC Frame and/or Groundworks projects
- Project exposure of at least £15m+ in value
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Confident working independently and leading teams
- Full UK driving license for site travel
