Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate tenders and quotations from contractors and suppliers.
- Provide advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare interim valuations, final accounts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills: - Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement processes.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
