Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Dublin
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic construction team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project costs from inception to completion, ensuring financial control, and supporting the delivery of high-quality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and process interim valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts in line with contract conditions.
- Measure and value works accurately, including variation orders and claims.
- Assist with tender preparation, cost estimates, and procurement of subcontractors and materials.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, civil engineering, or building projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Conquest, Buildsoft, Cubit, Procore, or similar software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
