They have a proven track record in clean room installation, fit out works and general contracting, with specialisation in the pharmaceutical sector. They also provide new build, fit-out, project and waste management services for the healthcare, commercial, industrial, hospitality, medical and automotive sectors
The Role They are new seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. If you have experience in quantity surveying and a strong ability to manage project costs effectively, this role is for you. This role will involve;
- Manage contracts from inception to final account stage.
- Analyze and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and manage budgets for subcontractors and preliminary expenses.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and manage subcontractor procurement.
- Submit and negotiate monthly valuations, ensuring timely payments.
- Handle project variations and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Collaborate with design teams and ensure risk management.
The Requirements - Extensive experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Experience in Ireland, with an advantage for experience in controlled environments, data centers, and pharmaceutical projects.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
