We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs, valuations, and cash flow to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Conduct procurement and manage subcontractor contracts and payments.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to deliver value-driven solutions.
- Identify and manage commercial risks, claims, and variations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the Irish construction industry.
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control procedures, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with cost management software is a plus.
