Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team. You'll manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure construction projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What You'll Do: - Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Monitor project budgets and provide financial reports.
- Manage contracts, variations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with project teams to control costs and risks.
What We're Looking For: - Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 3-5 years' construction industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control.
- Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
