Key Responsibilities - Preparation, negotiation, and management of budgets and cost plans
- Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
- Valuation of works, variations, and final accounts
- Cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Contract administration and risk management
- Liaising with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to agreed timelines
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role (contractor-side preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office
