OCS Recruitment is partnered with leading construction firms seeking a proactive
QA/QC Officer to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across commercial and residential projects. This role is ideal for candidates at
mid to senior level with robust technical knowledge and a strong commitment to quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain project QA/QC systems, procedures, and documentation in accordance with client and statutory requirements.
- Produce, review, and control Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and associated quality records.
- Conduct site‑based quality inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
- Record and report quality performance, non‑conformances, corrective actions, and closure activities.
- Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure consistent application of quality processes.
- Support handover documentation and ensure that all QA/QC obligations are met prior to practical completion.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality outcomes.
Requirements - 3-6 years' experience in QA/QC within the construction industry (commercial and residential sectors advantageous).
- Technical understanding of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulatory quality frameworks.
- Experience with quality documentation tools and electronic systems.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional qualification in construction, quality management, engineering or related field preferred.
