Are you an experienced 
Quality Assurance Manager ready to take the lead on quality across multiple residential schemes in London?
 Our client, a reputable 
£40m turnover main contractor, is seeking a 
QA Manager to champion quality standards across their growing portfolio of 
RC frame and traditional build residential projects. 
The Role Reporting directly to the 
Board of Directors, you will take full ownership of the company’s 
Quality Management System, driving a culture of excellence and compliance from pre-construction through to handover.
 You’ll work closely with project teams, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality builds, aligned with company standards and client expectations. 
Key Responsibilities  - Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Assurance processes.
  - Carry out regular quality audits and inspections across multiple live sites.
  - Support project teams in achieving quality benchmarks and resolving non-conformance issues.
  - Manage quality documentation, checklists, and handover requirements.
  - Collaborate with Directors to continuously improve standards and procedures.
  - Promote a proactive quality culture throughout the business.
  
 About You  - Proven experience in a QA or Quality Management role within a main contracting environment.
  - Strong understanding of residential construction, ideally within London or the South East.
  - Excellent communication and leadership skills – confident working at both site and director level.
  - Familiar with ISO standards, QA auditing, and client-side handover processes.
