The Role
This is a full-time on-site role in Cork for a Project Quantity Surveyor.
You will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting for our upcoming construction projects.
You will be reporting into the Commercial Director.
The Requirements
You must have a commercial degree
At least 3 years commercial experience
Able to manage their own development (160+ units), compile cost reporting, subcontractor accounts etc
Strong communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative
