The Role - This client are seeking a Project Manager for a Residential Project taking place in Dublin.
- You will oversee daily operations and have the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget in a safely manner.
- You will be the point of contact with all subcontractors as well site teams.
- You will report into a visiting Contracts Manager
The Requirements - You must have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Proven track record in delivering projects from €5m - €20m from start to handover.
- Experience of delivering residential and pharma developments
- Excellent communication skills
