I’m currently working with a well-established specialist contractor operating within the demolition, strip-out and complex structural alteration (cut & carve) sector. Due to the award of a £6m cut & carve scheme in Central London, they are looking to appoint an experienced
Project Manager to lead the delivery.

The Role As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the scheme from pre-construction through to completion. You will be client-facing and lead all operational, commercial and programme aspects on site.
Key responsibilities will include: - Managing site teams, subcontractors and specialist engineers
- Overseeing temporary works and structural sequencing
- Programme management and coordination with the client and consultants
- Budget control and reporting
- Ensuring health & safety compliance to the highest standards
- Managing stakeholder communication in a busy city-centre environment
About You The ideal candidate will: - Have proven experience delivering cut & carve or complex structural alteration projects
- Have managed projects of similar value (£5m+)
- Be comfortable working on schemes involving steel structures
- Ideally hold an engineering degree (Civil or Structural preferred)
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding of structural sequencing and temporary works
- Be commercially aware and confident in client-facing situations
- Have experience working within Central London constraints
