Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Support senior surveyors with cost planning, measurement, and valuation of works.
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular reports on budget, variations, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support the procurement process, including evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Requirements: - Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with cost management software is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
