Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic civil engineering team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop their skills in a supportive and hands-on environment, working on a variety of infrastructure and civil engineering projects. 
Key Responsibilities:  - Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for civil engineering projects.
  - Support the management of project costs, including monitoring expenditures and reporting variances.
  - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate measurement and documentation of work.
  - Prepare interim valuations and progress reports for clients.
  - Assist with procurement, subcontractor quotations, and contract administration.
  - Maintain accurate project records and contribute to effective financial control.
  
 Requirements:  - Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
  - Some work experience or internship in quantity surveying or civil engineering is advantageous but not essential.
  - Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
  - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with industry-standard software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) is a plus.
  - Highly motivated with a desire to learn and develop within the civil engineering sector.
