Junior Health & Safety Advisor to join their expanding Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career Health & Safety professional to gain hands-on experience across large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure projects while developing within a structured and supportive organisation.
The role will be based from the company's regional office in Kilkenny, with regular site visits across the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in promoting a strong and positive health & safety culture across multiple sites
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HSQE policies and procedures
- Help ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety legislation and regulations
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Deliver toolbox talks and support training and coaching of staff and contractors
- Maintain accurate HSQE documentation using an online EHS management system
- Provide day-to-day health & safety advice to site teams and management
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects
Key Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a Health & Safety role within the Irish construction market
(placement or internship experience will be considered) - Degree or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline
- Construction sector experience essential (utilities experience advantageous)
- Working knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and HSQE best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident engaging with site teams and contractors
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities
- Full, valid Irish driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider HSQE team
