Job Title: Junior Bid Writer 
Location: Dublin, Ireland   
About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Bid Writer to join our team and support the creation of high-quality, persuasive bid submissions. You will collaborate with bid managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to transform complex technical information into clear, compelling content tailored to client requirements. This role offers valuable exposure to the tendering process and the commercial and strategic drivers behind successful bids, providing a strong foundation for career progression within a dynamic engineering and construction environment.   
Key Responsibilities:  - Assist in writing and refining responses for pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, and proposals.
  - Collaborate with technical teams to gather and translate complex engineering information into accessible written material.
  - Ensure all submissions are compliant, well-structured, and professionally presented.
  - Maintain and organise document libraries, case studies, CVs, and other supporting materials.
  - Proofread content carefully to eliminate errors and maintain consistency.
  - Conduct desk-based research to strengthen bid submissions, including client and sector insights.
  - Coordinate bid activities, track progress, and support deadlines and communication across teams.
  - Contribute to post-bid reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
  
 Qualifications & Skills:  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, English, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  - Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  - Ability to interpret and simplify complex technical information.
  - Experience with research and information gathering in commercial or technical contexts.
  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  - Awareness of compliance requirements and ability to follow guidelines.
  - Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  - Previous experience in bid writing or tender support is advantageous but not essential.
  - Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
