Currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and dynamic construction client, reporting directly to a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
Preparation and issuing of subcontracts
Commercial management of subcontractors and suppliers
Negotiation and agreement of subcontractor final accounts
Administration of subcontract provisions and notifications
Agreement of monthly valuations with the client's representative
Preparation of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and forecasting reports
Preparation of monthly project payment claims
Production of internal and external project cashflow reports
Management of change control processes, including change identification and negotiation
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Strong commercial and contractual awareness
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and design teams
Experience administering RIAI, GCC, and bespoke forms of contract
Proficient in IT with experience using Cubit, CostX, and COINS software (preferred)
Previous experience delivering medium to large-scale, high-quality projects
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (desirable)
Education Either of the following:
Degree in Quantity Surveying
General Construction or Engineering Degree with 4 years surveying
