Job Title: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Location: Connacht Region

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of project cost management.
Prepare tender and contract documents.
Issue payment certificates following company systems and procedures.
Manage the change control process.
Coordinate with clients and the design team.
Appoint and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct cost analysis of subcontractor packages.
Perform risk management, value management, and cost control.
Requirements:
Degree-qualified.
3-5+ years post-graduate QS experience.
Experience in preparing valuations, variation management, CVR reporting, and payment certificates.
Experience in apartment developments is preferred but not essential.
