We are hiring a HR & Recruitment Co-ordinator for a medium sized contractor. This is a hybrid role. Ideally the candidate will be based in Dublin and have own transport to travel across different construction sites as required.
This role with be reporting to the Managing Director. Schedule: Monday - Friday

Formed in 1961, a medium sized contractor - works ongoing in: South Dublin, Portlaoise, Waterford & Drogheda.
Previous projects: Temple Bar Redevelopment (9 years), 35mil Cork City Offices, Dublin Zoo, Dublin Castle, Beaumount & St James Hospital.
Role Duties:
Organize and maintain personnel records
Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, starter packs, new hire guides
Revise company policies
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
