About The Role Requirements:  - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally within the hotel or hospitality sector.
  - Strong background in employee relations and collaboration with operational teams.
  - CIPD Qualification/HR Degree
  
 Required Criteria:  - 3+ years experience in HR within the hospitality sector
