We are hiring for Health & Safety Officers for a fitout company to be based in the EU on several projects across Helsinki, Milan, Frankfurt.
The role will cover Health, Safety & Quality aspects.
Fly rotation: 10-4 on one project

Role Responsibilities:
- Promote and implement the requirements of the ISO accredited safety management system on site.
- Be an influencer and offer encouragement to promote a positive EHS culture on site.
- Review subcontractor documentation.
- Deliver the induction programmes for personnel working on site.
- Review Method Statements and Safe Plans of Action.
- Actively participate in the planning process for all works.
- Actively participate in the various site coordination meetings
- Compose and deliver weekly Safety Briefings
- Undertake day-to-day management of safety on site, identifying risks.
- Monitor environmental risks associated with the site work.
- Keep records associated with hazardous materials/substances.
- Monitor and review site performance through observations, inspections and audits.
- Promote the site Behavioural Based Safety programme.
- Monitor adherence with the site online EHS management system.
- Work with the wider EHS team to improve safety culture across the company.
- Compile and identify relevant information for inclusion in the Safety File.
- Gather information in conjunction with the Emergency Coordinator if incidents occur.
- Carry out any other duty assigned by the EHS Manager during the course of work.
What we are looking for:
- Third level degree in Health & Safety
- Permission to work in the EU
- Interest in construction & quality
