The Role  You will be based on a £30m demolition, structural alterations, and concreting project in central London. You will be responsible for all site-related health and safety matters, including (but not limited to): 
 - Conducting site inductions
  - Maintaining the training matrix
  - Managing H&S documentation
  - Carrying out inspections and audits
  - Carrying out LOLER, PUWER and other required statutory & Company checks/inspections
  - Reviewing and helping with the development of RAMS
  - Investigating accidents/incidents
  - Monitoring and ensuring H&S compliance on site
  
   The Requirements   - You must have a safety qualification - NEBOSH or degree qualified
  - You must be an experienced H&S professional with a minimum of 5 years' construction health & safety experience, specifically within demolition/cut & carve environments, and a background working with Tier 1 principal contractors (e.g. Mace, Wates, Sisk).
