Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates.
Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contract terms.
Prepare interim and final valuations.
Assist in the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of cost management software is a plus.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Full driving license and access to a car.
