My Client We are seeking candidates to join our team in residential construction works throughout the area of Dublin. The role will predominantly be in residential construction as a working foreman on projects with values of up to €1.5million, with some projects consisting of minor commercial works. The candidate should have knowledge in all aspects of construction works including a base knowledge of civil works, blockworks, carpentry, plumbing and electrical. They would have experience in the organisation of personnel, ordering of materials and day to day scheduling of a site.
The role will be the full operation of a site from start to finish. You will be required to organise personnel, sub-contractors, order materials, discuss issues with clients and architects etc.
Good computer skills or experience in use of computers is an advantage. Must have basic tools, safe pass and manual handling.
