My Client I'm currently hiring for one of Ireland’s leading construction firms, delivering recognisable and essential projects across Ireland who are n the lookout for a Finishing Site Manager for a tower block project in Cork.
Role Objective The role of the Site Manager (Finishing) is to ensure efficient management of the building fit out, to provide a safe working environment, and adhere to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity. Delivery of high-quality projects, snag free on time and on budget. This particular role will involve managing the full fit out of 4 no residential tower blocks from inception to completion. The Site manager (Finishing) will be fully responsible for managing the Finishing Foremen, their teams, and all sub contactors etc. for the project. The Site Manager (Finishing) will report directly to the Project Director.
Key Responsibilities Include
Responsible to the Project Director to perform all duties as agreed
Front-line management of all industrial relations matters
Ensuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achieved
Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals).
You Will Have
A relevant 3rd level qualification.
At least 5 years’ experience.
Experience in the above mentioned role previously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
