  • Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and employee safety training.
  • Attend relevant site and management meetings and contribute to reporting.
  • Support preparation of Pre-Qualification documentation and other EHS deliverables as required.
Candidate Profile
  • Third-level qualification in Environmental / Health & Safety or an equivalent recognised discipline.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Strong documentation skills with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Experience using EHS and project management software (e.g., Procore, iAuditor) is a valuable advantage.
  • Demonstrable planning, organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in live environments such as commercial, educational or similar construction sites is preferable.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
What's on Offer
  • A supportive and welcoming team culture with opportunities for development.
  • Competitive salary aligned with experience.
  • Inclusion in employee benefits schemes such as pension, income protection and employee assistance programmes.
  • Exposure to diverse projects across the Leinster region.
