Document Controller / Administrator for a major
data centre project in West Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and well-established construction company, working on one of Ireland's most high-profile developments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, maintaining compliance with internal procedures, and supporting the site team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities Document Control & Compliance - Manage and maintain document management systems, ensuring accuracy and version control.
- Oversee the distribution of project drawings, reports, and specifications.
- Track and archive document revisions in line with company quality procedures.
- Support QA compliance and adherence to ISO and project documentation standards.
Administrative Support - Provide general site administration, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in producing project reports, logs, and spreadsheets for management review.
Communication & Coordination - Serve as the main contact point for documentation queries between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Facilitate smooth communication between office and site teams.
- Liaise with consultants and suppliers to ensure timely exchange of project information.
Skills & Experience Qualifications / Experience - Previous experience in a document control or administrative role, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
- Proficiency in document management software (Aconex, Viewpoint, Asite, 4Projects, or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems is an advantage.
- Full, clean driving licence required.
