Document Controller to join a major construction project in Cork's Marina area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organising, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring version control and correct distribution.
- Maintain and update project document registers.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely submission and review of documents.
- Ensure documentation meets project and regulatory standards.
- Provide support in audits and quality assurance processes.
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years' experience in a document control role within the construction industry.
- Proficient in Procore, Aconex, and Hammertech platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
