Document Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and document management experience to play a key role in supporting large-scale projects across the utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the flow of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain document control systems, including version control, filing, and retrieval processes.
- Prepare, format, and distribute reports, project documents, and correspondence.
- Monitor deadlines, approvals, and outstanding document submissions.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure all documentation requirements are met.
- Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Archive records in line with company procedures and data retention policies.
Skills & Experience - Previous experience in a document control, administration, or project support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards or utilities/construction industry practices (advantageous but not essential).
